We used the Klano KL10 on our trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. It worked great! It did all of the boardwalks at Yellowstone with ease. We did not try any of the rougher hiking trails, but it handled the paved trails and smooth dirt trails with ease. We flew on United, and we excited that we could take it with us! Since the Lithium Ion battery is enclosed, all we had to do was disconnect the battery from the power source underneath the chair and it goes with the luggage.

I’m a partially paralyzed woman for 48 years and the scooter has opened up a new world for me. It’s extremely lightweight so be careful with speed and corners. It could have the tendency to tip over while you’re on it. It’s extremely small seat would be a problem for somebody who is over 180 pounds. Period I am 143 lbs., 5’2” and the seat fits me perfect. I love the three speed ability, especially the third speed at 12 miles An hour is perfect for me scooting around Florida. I have one concern because I live in Florida and the hot pavement. Where would I purchase front tires and how? I’d like to be proactive before the tires shred from the heat of the asphalt. Thank you so much and will be asking where and how to get a tuneup on my 4 wheel scooter in the future, if and when necessary.

After only one week, I couldn't be more delighted with my KL 20! It's so easy to operate and gives me vastly more mobility and independence. I have just graduated from inpatient therapy, and several of my fellow patients there were wowed with my wheelchair.

I purchased this scooter for my sister; and she is pleased. She loves the color and the baskets most of all.
